Imported from Germany, Lambertz Pfeffernusse are Sugar Glazed Gingerbread Cookies from the wonderful bakers at Lambertz in Aachen, Germany. 

It just wouldn't be Christmas without these traditional Pfeffernüsse. The soft, cake-like Gingerbread is coated in a firm sugar glaze.

Please note: these cookies are extremely fragile and some breakage should be expected. We have noticed breakage in most bags as they come out of the manufacturer's sealed cases. Do not order this cookie if you are looking for a perfect, uncracked cookie. The taste is outstanding. For best results, keep cool and dry and store in air tight container after opening.
