It just wouldn't be Christmas without these traditional Pfeffernüsse. The soft, cake-like Gingerbread is coated in a firm sugar glaze.

Please note: these cookies are extremely fragile and some breakage should be expected. We have noticed breakage in most bags as they come out of the manufacturer's sealed cases.
