Cracking mature Cheddar in a lovely heart shape. Flavoursome and strong yet buttery cheese that is delicious on its own, eaten with oatcakes and plum chutney or devoured in hunks with an apple. It also makes a great Welsh rarebit on toast ... and they do, of course, make great gifts.

Godminsters organic cheddar, with no preservatives is made using a recipe over 70 years old. Made here in Somerset, at Bruton, this beautifully presented heart shaped cheese is carefully matured for over 12 months and covered in a burgundy wax that keeps the cheese fresher and creamier for longer. This food grade wax, certified by the Soil Association, removes the need for any plastic packaging. |
