Godminsters organic cheddar, with no preservatives is made using a recipe over 70 years old. Made here in Somerset, at Bruton, this beautifully presented heart shaped cheese is carefully matured for over 12 months and covered in a burgundy wax that keeps the cheese fresher and creamier for longer. This food grade wax, certified by the Soil Association, removes the need for any plastic packaging. |
