This whole Truckle of Godminster Cheddar Cheese, weighing in excess of 2kg, and enrobed in deep Burgundy Wax, is full flavoured, organic farmhouse cheddar from Somerset. Made from Godminster farm's own organic herd of cows, its only mildly acidic, is mild but distinct in flavour, and being slightly softer in texture than a traditional cheddar cheese, has wide appeal.
