Established in 1875, Charbonnel et Walker is one of Britain’s earliest producers of chocolates and began life as a partnership between Mrs Walker and Mme. Charbonnel from the Maison Boissier chocolate house in Paris.
Charbonel et Walker is based at the Royal Arcade on Old Bond Street in London and holds the Royal Warrant as manufacturers of chocolate to her Majesty The Queen.
Camel Valley is pale lemon yellow in colour, and the nose is slightly floral with some citrus. A well structured wine with hawthorn, citrus and yeasty flavours and a hint of blackcurrant leaves. The mousse is fine and sustained in the mouth and the glass. Made from Reichensteiner, Rivaner and Pinot Noir grapes; 12-18 months on the lees.
This Onion Marmalade, enriched with the a little redcurrant juice. This makes it a splendid partner for cheddar cheese, cold meats, pies and game as well as a great instant Sauce for Roast Pork, Grilled Beef, Sausages or Toad in the hole!
These Individual Somerset Goats Brie are lovely, soft ripened, unpressed cheese made from Goats milk, and are ideal on the Cheeseboard. With a lovely mild flavour, Capricorn Goats Brie are smooth and creamy as they mature, and are extremely popular.
Cottage Delights Oval Alberts are perfect with our Cheeses, and they complement our Pates superbly! Craftsman baked in small batches using a traditional recipe and the finest ingredients. Moorish with a fabulous crumbly texture. The best of British savoury biscuits.
