A Winters Tale Manzanilla Sherry 75cl 17.5%

Winters Tale is a superb Medium style sherry of distinction, and can be enjoyed as an Aperitif, and is especially good served with Nuts.

Williams & Humberts Winters Tale Sherry is a blend of two different wines. An old Dry Amontillado solera, which provides the elegance and lightness, and this is blended with a solera from sun dried Pedro Ximenez grapes, adding a delicious sweetness.

Type of grape: Palomino and Pedro Ximénez.
Vineyards: Jerez Superior. Pago Balbaína and Carrascal.

Production Notes: Bud musts. Controlled fermentation. Fortified with alcohol distilled from wine at 28º.

Palomino and Pedro Ximénez are racked before entering the Criaderas y Soleras system for ageing through oxidation in oak casks. Aged for at least six years and slightly sweetened withj Oloroso, to a “medium sweet”.
