Hot stuffing: Prehat your oven to 175ºC. Open the packet and transfer the Pastry cases to a suitable sized tray. Place the Croustades in the oven for 3-4 minutes. Remove and fill the cases with your warm filling; serve at once.
Cold stuffing: The Croustades will keep crisp if you brush them with melted butter, another option is to place any moist toppings on top of a piece of salad, or a small piece of fresh bread.
