More about Seggiano Arcacia Honey ... produced by highly skilled beekeeper, Mauro Pagliaccia, a biologist. At springtime in the valleys surrounding Civita di Bagnoregio, the dawn is permeated with the heady scent of Acacia blossom. From this blossom, Marios bees produce this ambrosial honey. The honeys are cold extracted, unpasteurised and bottled by Mauro himself. The careful husbandry of his bees, cold extraction of their honey and Mauro's pride in its excellence ensure natural unfiltered honeys of rare quality.
