Store away from Heat and light sources. Once open, keep in bread bin or wrap in cling film and use within 3 days. 

White Spelt Flour, Water, Sesame Seeds, Semolina, Olive Oil and Sea Salt,

Enjoy within 2 days of receipt; Spelt will keep well for a 2-3 days in a cool dry place, it also freezes well: slice before freezing so you can enjoy your whole loaf slice after slice.

We recommend reheating in a preheated 180ÂșC oven for 8-10 minutes, then leave till warm before enjoying.

Soft Cheeses, and ideal with Cold Cuts, Smoked Salmon. Great with our Preserves!
