Interestingly, this is a French wine with an Irish name. The Irish name was given to it by Neasa, wife of Laurent, and collaborator on this particular beauty. Solas means light in the Irish language. And that was the aim with this range. To create a wine that is completely distinct but still carried a lightness in every drop.
Even though they don't grow citrus fruits in Ireland you will certainly find them in this wine. Along with apricot and green apples. If you like your wine to have a taste then you need to taste this. Aromas of citrus fruits & lemon peel with a delicate floral tone. Well-balanced & lively with superb freshness.
