More about Bolney Bubbly ... it is widely known that southern England benefits from very similar soils to those of Champagne, and this is a cheeky English spin on the French style. Blending Müller-Thurgau and Reichensteiner with Chardonnay gives a waxy, lino nose, with stone fruit, citrus and pear coming to the fore on the palate. This is well balanced; crisp without being too acidic, with a full body and creamy mousse.

Wine Makers Comments; "I wanted a sparkling wine in our range to stand out. There are so many traditional method wines out there from the UK made with only the Champagne varieties and having a point of difference is important. This is a bit of a crazy blend from 8 different varieties that has a wonderful creamy texture and a lifted elderflower note." - Sam Linter, Winemaker.
