Sharpham Sparkling Brut


Produced using the traditional method and bottle aged for two years. The palate displays a creamy mousse with delicate floral and citrus notes complimented by a complex toastiness and balanced acidity. Sharphams Brut is a classic and stylish sparkling wine made in the traditional method. A refreshingly crisp initial palette followed by light biscuity notes and a long dry finish - decadance in a bottle.

Style; Produced using the traditional method and bottle aged for nine months. A fresh, crisp style with elegant mousse and classy finish.

 Light golden 

Nose; Stylish fruit character with good depth of fruit

Palette:- Clean and fresh fruit with upfront mousse. 

Winemakers Notes; The grapes were harvested in 2013 and fermented in stainless steel. In 2014 Sharpham inoculated the wine with a small amount of yeast and sugar to induce the secondary fermentation. The wine then remained on the lees for a further 9 months before being disgorged. 

What to eat with Sharpham Dart Valley Reserve; A 'must try' with wonderful local seafood, the mousse has a delicious style that enhances oysters and shellfish. Ideal with canapés and as an aperitif. Serve chilled.
