Seggiano Porcini Mixed Mushroom Antipasti 220g

This delicious mixed mushroom antipasti is prepared by the Arcobaleno team of Maremma, in southern Tuscany. Luca farms the land, whilst wife Emanuela and mother Lida create their range of foods. Their simple and balanced recipe perfectly preserves the delicate flavours and textures of the funghi in extra virgin oil from their own olive trees. Enjoy as part of an Antipasti feast with Salamis, Parma Ham, Artichokes. Or stir through Mixed Salad Leaves, or into Pasta or Risotto.
