More about Seggiano Honeys ...
Seggiano honeys are the exclusive produce of one beekeeper, Mauro Pagliaccia, and hes a bit of a one man band! He uses a cold extraction method, and all his honey is unpasteurised, unfiltered and bottled by himself.
More about Seggiano Orange Blossom Honey ...
To produce this honey, Mauro keeps about fifty hives in the traditional citrus growing area of piana di Sibari, on the coast of Calabria in southern Italy, which are looked after by a fellow beekeeper.
From late March to early May the bees collect the nectars of the perfumed citrus flowers to make this speciality honey from south Italy, known as zagara.
