Customer comments about Chapel Down Brut ... "Yes! Wonderfully confident fizz. Full of classic flavours of toast and biscuit that you would find in Champagne, and an intense finish too".

Pale lemon yellow in colour, the nose is slightly floral with some citrus. A well-structured wine with hawthorn, citrus and yeasty flavours and a hint of blackcurrant leaves - Owen Elia, Winemaker

"Crisp, dry sparkling wine with soft, summery aromas. Lively and fruity"
