Pipers Anglesey Sea Salt Crisps 150g

David & Alison Lea Wilson harvest sea water from the Menai Straits at Brynsiencyn on Anglesey in Wales. Before the water arrives at the Anglesey Sea Salt company it has already passed through a mussel bed, natures finest filter and a sandbank. It is then filtered through charcoal and then the sea water is allowed to crystallise in shallow tanks, before being sprinkled liberally over Piper finest Potato crisps!
