Aquila Truffle Oil 100ml

L'Aquila Truffle Oil is made from extra virgin olive oil infused with white truffles. A few drops of the Truffle Oil added at the last minute to any number of dishes gives you a powerful truffle flavour; especially good with Pasta, Fish and Chicken, amd wonderful in Salads.

Truffle Oil can be used as a substitute for Aquila Black Truffles, but its even better when used alongside Aquilas Black Truffles, as you have the Truffle slices for effect, and the heady aroma of the Truffle Oil.
