Cornish Blue veined cheese, hand produced and packed into these stunnng pots. Made by Phillip and Carol Stansfield at Liskeard in Cornwall. It is matured for around twelve weeks to develop a full flavour. Its rich, creamy but has a delicate mild flavour that reflects the high quality of the milk. As the cheese continues to mature the taste and texture develop to give a tangy finish, when its packed into these lovely pots. This collectable 200g Jar makes a great gift.
